Refund and Returns Policy

  1. No Refund on Delivered Books

We do not offer refunds once the books have been delivered to your address.
This is because:

  • Books can be easily copied or misused
  • Academic materials cannot be resold once opened
  • We ensure quality checks before dispatch

Hence, all book sales are final and non-refundable.

  1. Return/Replacement Policy

We offer replacement only in the following cases:

A. Wrong Book Delivered

If you receive a different book from what you ordered, we will replace it at no extra cost.

B. Damaged Book Received

  • If the book arrives: Torn, Wet, Physically damaged
  • You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.
    Once verified, we will send a replacement.

Conditions for Replacement:

  • The book must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging should be intact
  • Proof must be submitted within 24 hours

  1. Cancellation Policy
    Order Cancellation Before Shipping

If you want to cancel your order before it is dispatched, you can request cancellation.
In such cases:

  • A full refund will be issued
  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Order Cancellation After Shipping

If the order has already been shipped:

  • Cancellation is not possible
  • No refund will be issued

  1. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Refunds (for eligible cases only) will be processed through:
  • Original mode of payment
  • Within 5–10 business days
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

  1. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Books purchased under discount/offers
  • Books marked as “Non-Returnable”
  • Digital study material
  • Downloadable PDFs
  • Registration/Enrollment fees
