By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
- You can cancel your order only before it has been shipped.
- If the cancellation request is made before dispatch, then:
- Your order will be canceled
- A full refund will be initiated
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
To request cancellation, you must contact us immediately through:

- WhatsApp (if available)
2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is NOT possible.
This is because:
- Books are packed and handed over to the courier partner
- Return of academic material leads to loss/damage
- Study materials cannot be reused or resold
- In this case, no refund will be provided.
3. COD Order Cancellation
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
- If you wish to cancel, you must inform us before dispatch
- Repeated COD order cancellations may lead to blocking of your COD facility on future orders
4. Cancellation by NIOS Vision Point
We may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Product out of stock
- Payment not processed
- Invalid or incomplete address
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity detected
- In such cases, a full refund (if applicable) will be issued.
5. Refund Process for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved:
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Refund time: 5–10 business days
- We are not responsible for delays caused by banks/payment gateways
