 By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

The terms “we,” “us,” “our,” and “[Short Name, e.g., AC]” refer to NIOS Scholar Academy

The terms “you,” “user,” “student,” and “aspirant” refer to the visitors of our website and candidates seeking admission.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or enrolling in our programs, you admit that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

2. Scope of Services

[Apne Institute Ka Naam Likhein] is a private coaching and guidance institute. We provide facilitation services for NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) admissions, study materials (books), and online/offline classes.

Clarification: We are NOT NIOS Board. We are a separate entity helping students navigate the NIOS process and prepare for exams. The final admission acceptance, exam conduct, and results are under the sole discretion of NIOS.

3. Admission Facilitation & Eligibility

  • We assist students in filling out NIOS admission forms and submitting documents based on the information provided by the student.

  • It is the student’s responsibility to provide accurate, valid, and genuine documents (e.g., previous marksheet, ID proof, photographs).

  • If NIOS rejects an admission due to fraudulent documents or ineligibility, [Apne Institute Ka Naam Likhein] will not be held responsible.

4. Fees and Payment Policy

  • Coaching/Service Fees: Our fees cover guidance, documentation support, study materials, and classes as per the selected package.

  • NIOS Board Fees: Board Exam fees and Admission fees requested by NIOS are separate. While we may facilitate this payment, the student is responsible for the actual amount charged by NIOS.

  • Payment Terms: All payments must be made through approved channels (Online Transfer, UPI, Cash against receipt).

  • Installments: If an installment plan is agreed upon, failure to pay subsequent installments on time may result in suspension of services (classes/books).

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Strict No-Refund Policy: Once registered with us and after the processing of documents or commencement of classes/issuance of books, fees paid to

    are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances (including student changing mind, finding other options, or admission rejection by the Board due to student error).

  • Fees paid directly to NIOS are subject to NIOS’s own refund policies.

6. Study Materials (Books) and Online Classes

  • Study materials provided are copyrighted by [Apne Institute Ka Naam Likhein] or respective publishers. They are for the student’s personal use only and cannot be resold or redistributed.

  • Access to online classes (live or recorded) is limited to the enrolled student. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited and may lead to termination of access without refund.

  • While we strive for high-quality education, we do not guarantee exam results. Success depends on the student’s effort and performance.

7. Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain discipline during online/offline classes and interact respectfully with staff and teachers. Any form of harassment, bad language, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of enrolment without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

[Apne Institute Ka Naam Likhein] will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of:

  • Rejection of admission or exam form by NIOS.

  • Delay in books delivery due to courier issues.

  • Technical glitches during online classes.

  • Changes in NIOS policies, syllabus, or exam dates.

9. Privacy Policy

Your personal information shared with us is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of these terms or services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Prayagraj  Uttar Pradesh
