- Contact Data — name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, and postal address for shipping study material.
- Educational Data — prior academic records, marksheet copies, and transfer certificates required for NIOS admission.
- Identity Data — documents required by NIOS for verification, such as Aadhaar card, photograph, and signature sample.
- Payment Data — details needed to process fee payments (e.g. UPI ID or card number). All payment data is processed and stored securely by our payment gateway partners — we do not store full card details ourselves.
How We Use Your Information
Here’s what we actually do with the information you share with us:
- Admission Processing — We use it to fill out and submit your NIOS admission application on your behalf.
- Service Delivery — To set you up with access to online classes and the student portal, and to get your study material shipped to you.
- Communication — To keep you updated on your enrollment, class schedules, and exam dates — and to send you marketing messages, but only if you’ve said yes to that.
- Student Support — To answer your questions and sort out any issues you run into with our services.
- Legal Compliance — To stay compliant with the law, and to respond if NIOS or a government authority makes a lawful request.

- Third-Party Tools — like Zoom or Google Meet, just for running online classes.
Security of Your Information
We take real steps — both organizational and technical — to keep your personal information safe. That said, no method of sending data over the internet is completely foolproof, so while we do everything we can to protect your information, we can’t promise it’ll be 100% secure at all times.
Data Retention
We only hold on to your information for as long as we actually need it for the purposes outlined in this policy — usually just for the length of your enrollment — unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
