Welcome to NIOS Vision Point. By using our website, admission assistance, educational support, and other related services, you’re agreeing to these Terms & Conditions — so please give them a proper read before enrolling or using anything we offer.
Just so it’s clear as you go through this page: “we,” “us,” and “our” mean NIOS Vision Point. “You,” “user,” “student,” and “aspirant” mean anyone visiting our website, looking for information, using our services, or applying for admission through us.

By using this website or enrolling in our programs, you’re confirming that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use our services or website.
Scope of Services
Admission Facilitation & Eligibility
- We help students fill out NIOS admission forms and submit their documents, based entirely on the information the student gives us.
- It’s the student’s responsibility to make sure the documents they provide — previous marksheet, ID proof, photographs, and so on — are accurate, valid, and genuine.
- If NIOS rejects an admission because of fraudulent documents or ineligibility, NIOS Vision Point won’t be held responsible for that.
Fees & Payment Policy
- Coaching/Service Fees — think of this as what you’re paying for: the guidance, help with paperwork, study material, and classes under the package you picked.
- NIOS Board Fees — this one’s separate. NIOS charges its own exam and admission fees, and while we’re happy to help you make that payment, the amount itself is set by NIOS, not us.
- Payment Terms — stick to our approved payment channels — online transfer, UPI, or cash with a receipt. That’s it.
- Installments — chosen an installment plan? Just make sure payments come in on time, or you might see your classes or book access paused until it’s sorted.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Strict No-Refund Policy: Once you’ve registered with us and we’ve started processing your documents — or once your classes or books are underway — any fees paid to NIOS Vision Point can’t be refunded or transferred, no matter the reason. That includes changing your mind, going with another option, or the Board rejecting your admission because of an error on your end.
Fees paid directly to NIOS, on the other hand, follow NIOS’s own refund rules — not ours.
Study Materials (Books) & Online Classes
- Our study material is copyrighted — either by NIOS Vision Point or the respective publishers. It’s meant for your personal use only, so reselling or redistributing it isn’t allowed.
- Online classes, live or recorded, are for the enrolled student only. Don’t share your login with anyone else — if we catch it, your access can be shut down, and you won’t get a refund for it.
- We put real effort into giving you a solid education, but we can’t promise exam results. At the end of the day, how you do comes down to your own hard work.
Student Conduct
We expect students to stay disciplined during online and offline classes, and to treat our staff and teachers with respect. Any harassment, abusive language, or disruptive behaviour won’t be tolerated — it’ll get your enrolment terminated immediately, with no refund.
Limitation of Liability
NIOS Vision Point can’t be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages that come from:
- NIOS rejecting an admission or exam form
- Book delivery getting delayed because of courier issues
- Technical glitches popping up during online classes
- NIOS changing its policies, syllabus, or exam dates
Privacy Policy
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Once a change goes up on the website, it’s effective right away. If you keep using our website or services after that, it means you’ve accepted the updated terms.
Jurisdiction
If any dispute comes up over these terms or our services, it’ll fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
