we strive to provide the best guidance, study materials, and online coaching to help students succeed. We understand that circumstances can change, but we maintain a strict policy regarding cancellations and refunds.

Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any of our services.

1. Strict No-Refund Policy

All fees paid to

NIOS Vision Point

 for admission facilitation, online classes, and study materials are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

This policy applies immediately after payment is received, and services (such as document processing, class scheduling, or book dispatch) are initiated.

2. Exceptions/Special Conditions

Refunds are generally not issued, including in cases where:

  • You change your mind after enrolling.

  • You find an alternative coaching institute.

  • You choose not to appear for the NIOS exams.

  • Admission Rejection by NIOS: We are not responsible if NIOS rejects an admission application due to the student providing incorrect information, invalid documents, or falling outside NIOS eligibility criteria. In such cases, the service fee paid to us will not be refunded.

3. Non-Transferability

Fees paid for a particular student/enrolment cannot be transferred to another student or applied to a different academic year.

4. Books and Study Materials

Study materials (books), once shipped, are considered sold and are not eligible for any refund or return. If you receive a damaged or incorrect book, we will replace it upon verification, provided you notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

5. Fee Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have any issues with our services, please contact us directly to resolve them. Unwarranted chargebacks or fee disputes initiated with banks without valid reason will lead to the immediate cancellation of your services (classes, admission support) and may result in legal action to recover the amounts.
